Training Supervisor (培訓(xùn)主管- 粵語(yǔ))

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct training need analysis, and design and develop an overall training plan for the specific project;
  
• Deliver generic soft skills training, including effective phone communication skills, complaint and objection handling skills, dealing positively with upset callers, etc;
• Provide product and system application training;
• Deliver courses on Hong Kong culture, and responsible for Hong Kong accent neutralization;
• Make sure trainees understand correctly the call scripts and follow required call handling procedure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year experience in training
• 1 year call center working experience preferred
• University degree required
• Excellent training delivery and public speaking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Strong coaching and monitoring skills
• Excellence in MS office, such as excel, power point
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Fluent Cantonese with an accent and style acceptable to HK customers

交換機(jī)軟件工程師 工作地點(diǎn)：上海

要求：

計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷；
熟悉操作系統(tǒng)（UNIX、NT）、主流數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Oracle、SQL Server、Sybase）、ACE或CORBA等，以上中至少一項(xiàng)，有相關(guān)資格認(rèn)證或網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備調(diào)測(cè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2年以上C++ 及 C 編程經(jīng)驗(yàn);
具備一定的語(yǔ)音交換機(jī)常識(shí)及實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
熟悉西門子、北電、Avaya等程控交換機(jī)優(yōu)先；
能吃苦耐勞，可以適應(yīng)靈活的工作時(shí)間；
積極上進(jìn)，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
