Requirements:

• Degree or Master in an IT related field
  
• 3-5 years proven experience
  
• Technology Knowledge of Development Tools, Java, VC++, VB, ASP, .NET related technology
• Experience in Call Center ,IVR ,CTI development
• Good communication and technical writing skills
• Able to work independently and in a group
• Able to travel for job assignments
