An opportunity has arisen for a software Senior Technical
Consultant to join the FrontRange Solutions team in China.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Silicone Valley,

the needs of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for distributed
and small to mid-size enterprises. FrontRange has earned

for CRM, WinMag.com WinList Award, Entrepreneur Magazine

The role is ITSM oriented, and will cover four main areas:
New product/platform technology introduction
Solution design for major sales opportunities
Project supervision, complex system implementation and
support
Mentoring professional services consultants employed
by both FrontRange and Solution Partners
To be considered for the role, applicants should be able
to demonstrate:
Sound understanding of and experience in IT Service Management
Sound understanding of and experience with IT service
management frameworks and standards such as ITIL, MOF
and BS 15000/AS 8015.
Sound understanding of and experience in using the Microsoft
.NET Framework, Web Services, Business Process Modelling
and UML/Object Oriented Design.
Strong project management and system implementation experience.
Ability to clearly articulate strategies, ideas, positions
and recommendations in either written and verbal forms
to both technical and non-technical audiences.
