highest SBC satisfaction with Adtran, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Avaya, Dialogic, Huawei, Ingate, Metaswitch, Oracle Communications, Ribbon, and Sangoma. The same study finds customers are most likely to “recommend to a friend” these companies: Metaswitch, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and Sangoma.
